Bruce Gorsky is President of Charles River Capital, Inc., a private real estate merchant bank, involved in real estate investment and development as well as secured and unsecured real estate debt and equity joint ventures and property recapitalizations.

He has over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, investment, development, lending and structuring both debt and equity joint ventures.

Prior to founding Charles River Capital, Mr. Gorsky was President and Chief Operating Officer of both CRES Development and TJJ, which consisted of over 2 million square feet of diversified real estate and was a private equity and debt investor, respectively and Executive Vice President and principal of Eastland Properties and Real Estate Investment Corporation of America (REICOA).
