Professor Jimenez has over fifteen years of experience in financial operations and general management. He was Vice President and General Manager of Abiomed Europe, responsible for Abiomed’s European subsidiary based in Aachen, Germany. Previously, he was acting CFO and Corporate Vice President for Abiomed’s global operations. Abiomed is a medical device company manufacturer of circulatory support systems based in Danvers, MA.

Prior to joining Abiomed, he was employed by GE Healthcare in a variety of finance and commercial operations positions including Director, Commercial Operations for GE Healthcare Information Technology. Other assignments at GE Healthcare included Manager, Global Operations for the Global PET Business and Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis for the Americas Diagnostic Imaging Equipment business. He started his career at General Electric as a member of its Corporate Audit Staff. 

Professor Jimenez is currently a Partner at Tatum LLC, a national executive services firm focused in providing strategic and operational leadership in finance and technology.
