Ann Winslow received her Doctorate of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2007. Her dissertation research focused on what determines the successful adoption of new technology in hospitals.

Her recent and current research is concerned with modeling and measuring learning curves in organizations, and how the rate of an organization's performance improvement is influenced by how well new knowledge has been documented or codified. Before attending Harvard, Dr. Winslow worked in investment banking modeling financial instruments.
