Mr.Wasti taught Biology, Chemistry, and Human Anatomy and Physiology at Bristol Community College before becoming a Lecturer in Oceanography at Babson College, where he also teaches laboratory sections in Environmental Technology, Electronics Technology, Life Science, and Search for Life in the Universe. His research interests currently focus on the whales of Massachusetts Bay, serving as a Naturalist on commercial whale-watching vessels that provide platforms for whale research for Bridgewater State College and the Center for Coastal Studies. He is also the owner of his own software company, Cetus Software, Inc., which develops Windows security software (where Mr. Wasti claims entrepreneurial experience but absolutely no expertise in business administration).
