Peter's focus has been on entrepreneurship through acquisitions of small to medium-sized businesses, and has worked in both high-technology sectors and with family businesses.
Currently, Peter runs mergers and acquisitions for JL Halsey Corporation, a publicly-traded company aggregating and integrating technology tools for SMB marketers. He is also a founder and principal of Franklin Wellesley LLC, a search fund actively seeking SBA-backable acquisition opportunities in the greater Boston area. Peter's consulting firm, The Cowper Group, worked with entrepreneurs, investors and companies working to plan, execute and integrate strategic transactions within the context of overall growth strategy.
He has an MBA from Stanford University and undergraduate degrees in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and History from Duke University.
