Bruce Freedman is the founder of Farm Pond Holdings. He serves as a Senior Advisor to AMB Property Corporation with Investment Committee responsibilities. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate finance and investment having served as Executive Vice President of AMB, President of Allmerica Realty Advisors, and Principal of Aldrich Eastman and Waltch. Mr. Freedman is a cum laude graduate of Babson College. He is a Council Chairman of the Urban Land Institute, a Board member of NAIOP and holds the CRE designation from the American Society of Real Estate Counselors. His charitable and community services activities include the Bullfinch Society of Massachusetts General Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Boston, and Newton-Wellesley Hospital.
