Kathleen McKone teaches operations management and supply chain management courses to both undergraduate and graduate students at Babson. She has also taught at the University of Minnesota M.B.A. and executive education programs. Prior to completing her graduate work in business, she worked for Pitney Bowes and Procter and Gamble. Most of her research has focused on world class manufacturing programs and their impact on performance. However, she is now researching supply and demand chain management issues. Her research has involved work with Rosemount, Saturn, Exxon, Du Pont, and Eastman Chemical. |
