Dr. Kelly is the Chair of the Arts and Humanities Division. She teaches and publishes in both literary studies and the theory and pedagogy of management writing. She is also coauthor with Janis Forman of The Random House Guide to Business Writing and has consulted with Fortune 500 and other companies. Her current literary research focuses on gender and genre in Shakespeare.
