Dr. Parrino is a Managing Director at CLB-Partners, a merger advisory firm for middle market companies. He is also founding partner at Telesis Partnership, a consulting firm specializing in executive education programs for financial institutions since 1989. His engagements have included the delivery of customized executive programs in the US, Asia, Europe, Latin America, and Australia. Dr. Parrino is also the Chief Operating Officer at Babson Interactive LLC, the distance learning company for Babson College, and serves on the Board of Directors of Harvard Technologies Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of telecommunications equipment.
Research interests include mergers and aquisitions and related topics in corporate valuation, corporate strategy, and cross-border acquisitions. His recent work involves the impact of corporate merger strategies on post merger performance. Dr. Parrino has also authored several case studies and technical notes on corporate finance issues.
