Dr. Seitz teaches First-year foundation courses, Ethics; Social and Political Philosophy; Existentialism; Modern Philosophy; and Nature, Technology, and Values. Before coming to Babson, he has taught at Queens College/CUNY, Parsons School of Design, and Hollins College. His area of specialization is social and political philosophy. He is the author of The Trace of Political Representation and coeditor of Eating Culture and Etiquette, which are volumes in the series of which he is coeditor, Hot Topics: Contemporary Philosophy, published by SUNY Press. He is currently completing a book entitled, Politology: The Athenians and the Iroquois.
