Dr. Denise Troxell research expertise focus on graph theory applications to problems in telecommunications. Her research and teaching interests also include operations research, discrete mathematics, combinatorics, statistics, MS/OR education, and theoretical computer science. Dr. Troxell's publications have appeared in the SIAM Journal of Discrete Mathematics, Discrete Mathematics, Discrete Applied Mathematics, ARS Combinatoria, Mathematical Social Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, and Informs Transactions in Education. She has held faculty positions at the Universidade de São Paulo in Brazil, Monclair State University (NJ), and the College of The Holy Cross (MA). She is a member of the American Mathematical Society (AMS), the Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM), the Institute for Operations Research and Management Sciences (INFORMS) and the Decision Sciences Institute (DSI).
