Bill Costello joined Babson College in 1999 from Arthur Anderson Business Consulting where he led the New England Products Industry and Supply Chain Practices. As a consultant specializing in operations and technology, he served clients in North America, Europe, and Asia. His clients included Proctor & Gamble, Gillette, Pratt & Whitney, Master Card International, General Electric, Shipley Chemical, EG&G (Perkin-Elmer), and ICI, as well as many privately-held companies. Mr. Costello is founder and President of Technology Management Company and has been Chief Operating Officer for several technology companies. Since joining Babson as an Executive-in-Residence in 1999, he has served as faculty advisor for the MBA Management Consulting Field Experience, the Business Consulting Alliance Program, the Global Management Program, and the Kauffman Entrepreneur Internship Program. He also assists Global Program Services in recruiting sponsor companies, and advises students on consulting as a career path. Mr. Costello teaches Technology and Operations Management full-time at Babson. He has also taught at Boston University’s School of Management, and Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business.
