In an audience filled with entrepreneurs, Bassett offered this advice:
1) When Sales aren't nearly what you had expected, recognize long before you're out of cash this just can't go on and take immediate action!
2) Stop Selling and Start Interviewing; ask customers what they really do want!
3) Hire a Graphic Artist to build an end-user focused demo before you write a single line of code.
4) Hire just one Salesperson first and get five repeatable customers.
