Mentor Program

Any time a woman can mentor another woman coming up through the ranks, to explain what works and what doesn’t, and to provide encouragement along the way, it will get more women in the workforce, which is what we need in America to survive and build our economy.
Deborah DiSanzo M’88, vice president and general manager, Philips Medical Systems

Center for Women’s Leadership at Babson College is looking for alumnae and friends to mentor Women's Leadership

mentors

Program students one-on-one at the undergraduate and graduate level. Mentors need at least five years working experience and should reside in the Boston area. This a wonderful opportunity to engage directly with current students, become more involved with Babson, and improve your own coaching and mentoring skills in the process!

The undergraduate mentor program runs from January through December with the option of a break in the summer months. The graduate program runs from September through May. In addition to three formal meetings with the entire mentor-student group, we recommend that you meet with your student once every four to six weeks. Overall, across the formal group meetings and informal one-on-one get-togethers, the time commitment for mentoring might take twenty-five hours of your time. To receive more information, please call the Center for Women's Leadership at 781-239-5001.
