For the past seven years, The Center for Women’s Leadership at Babson College and The Commonwealth Institute have collaborated to highlight and study the state's largest woman-led firms. This research has brought visibility to these successful companies, provided aspirational role models for other women leaders and entrepreneurs, and allowed us to understand the nature of the opportunities and challenges that women face as they seek to grow and drive their businesses into the future. This year's research focuses on the challenging economy and the ways in which chief executives are thinking about its impact on their businesses.
