This page will list CAP jobs as they arise. Please check back to see when new ones are available.
For all of the positions listed there are two types of positions available.
General CAP – Work-study students who work at positions on either a day-by-day or long term basis. Responsibility is limited to showing up on time and satisfactorily working with other students and community partners.
CAP Managers – Work-study students who plan, coordinate, staff and oversee individual CAP programs. CAP managers take on the added responsibility of being responsibly for CAP students while on-site with and on the way to and from community partners. These added responsibilities are compensated for with added pay. A formal list of CAP manager responsibilities is available HERE.

Literacy Enrichment Program
Tuesdays
12 - 3:15 PM
Assist kindergarten teacher with afterschool literacy programs for children. Must have valid drivers licence and either be van certified or become van certified. Transportation provided.
Barton Road and Needham Afterschool Program (PRIORITY POSITION)
Wellesley, MA
Mondays and Wednesdays
4-6 PM
Vollunteer at the newly created after-school program that will take place at the Barton Road public housing complex in Wellesley. Activities will include arts and crafts, cooking, homework help and recreation. Transportation provided.
Fridays with Friends
Fridays throughout the semester
11-5 PM
Work with other Babson students at various agencies throughout the Boston area. Transportation provided
Harvard Square Church Meals Program,
Cambridge, MA
Thursdays
4:30-8 PM
Work with various community members to prepare, serve and clean-up free meals served to about 100 patrons. Transportation provided.
Natick Community Organic Farm,
Natick, MA
Flexible Schedule
Work on a fully operational organic farm. Help weed, harvest and care for animals as you spend some time outdoors. This is for those who like to get their hands dirty. Transportation NOT provided.
