Glavin Fellows

The William F. Glavin Center for Global Management is pleased to announce its support and nomination to the following individuals as Glavin Center Fellows for 2005. The recipients are:

  • Anne Roggeveen, Assistant Professor, Marketing, for her work on call center location and control.
  • Ashok Rao, Professor and Chair, Management, for his exploratory research on Cross-Boundary Project Management.
  • Donna Kelley, Associate Professor, Entrepreneurship, for her continuing research on Entrepreneurial Activity in Multinational Firms from the US and Korea.
  • Hsiang-Ling Han, Associate Professor, Economics, for research on foreign exchange exposure at Millennium Pharmaceuticals.
  • Lin Xu, Associate Professor, Management, for research on Competing with Multinationals in China.
  • Zhen Zhu, Assistant Professor, Marketing, for research on IS-Marketing Integration in Chinese Corporations.

These individuals submitted proposals for support toward research and/or activities (for the current academic year) which deal with the practice of global or international management – all of which fall within the focus of the William F. Glavin Center mission. Based on their merit, the Center enthusiastically supports these projects, which will enhance Babson’s reputation in the fields of international and global management, and provide relevance to present or future practitioners in this area.
