Robert J. Eng, Babson Leadership Professor of marketing at Babson College, has taught management education programs to managers in China since 1982 and has served as management consultant there on business planning, start-ups, brand management and marketing. He has also worked with several educational institutions, including Tsinghua University, Beijing University, China Europe International Business School, Xiamen University and Pan Pacific Management Institute, to deliver MBA, Executive MBA and executive education programs. As a 1997 Fulbright Scholar, Eng traveled extensively in China, conducting research and teaching international marketing and small-business entrepreneurship. He has written about China's human resources, foreign direct investments and distribution channels.

Joyce Tarabanovic has more than 16 years experience in program development and management at Babson's F. W. Olin Graduate School of Business. As assistant dean in the Office of Program Management, she worked with faculty to design, develop and deliver Babson's innovative graduate school curriculum, acted as an advisor and helped coordinate the educational experience of international graduate students. This past year she traveled in Asia, visiting business schools, corporations and Babson alumni. Tarabanovic also managed three MBA interns during their stay in Beijing last summer. Joyce is a Babson alumna of both the undergraduate and MBA programs.

Clare L. Zhang has significant experience working in China's higher education industry, especially in project development and promotion. Most recently, she was the marketing and communication manager of the Tsinghua University-Harvard Executive Education program. She has worked as a marketing executive at Beijing Inti Management College, bringing management programs from the United Kingdom to Chinese students. Additionally, she served as a project manager for China Jiangsu International Economical and Technology Corporation in Dubai, United Arab Emirites. Zhang is a graduate of the MIT-Tsinghua University Joint MBA Program.
