Babson’s integrated approach to management education incorporates international issues and perspectives in the classroom and requires all Two-Year MBA students to have a significant international experience before they graduate. The College’s unique international requirement helps Babson MBA students develop the ability to work globally, negotiate cross-culturally, and lead strategically in the global marketplace. Many students fulfill this requirement with an international consulting internship through Babson’s Global Management Program or an overseas course taught by Babson faculty through our International Off-Shore Short Course Program. In addition, some students choose to study abroad at a business school or university outside the United States. Others choose to design an independent study experience. Babson students find that their classroom experience provides them with significant intercultural experience, considering that 50% of the MBA population is international. Graduate Semester Abroad
