The BCAP Program is conducted during the academic year, from September until May. Applications from companies interested in participating in the program are due in July. An initial screening of the companies and their projects is conducted at this time.

Since the company selection process is highly dependent upon the interests of the MBA students, companies will be notified in August whether or not they have been selected to participate in the program. At that time, the MBA teams will be assigned to the companies, and resumes of the team members will be distributed. Selected companies must sign and return the authorization form by mid-August in order to proceed with the program.
