Program Timetable
The Babson Consulting Alliance Program conforms to the academic calendar:
| July | Potential sponsor company applications are received by the Consulting Services office. |
| August | Incoming MBA students are placed in teams according to their career interests. Sponsor companies are selected based on the interests of the MBA candidates and then matched to the student teams. |
October | Work commences on the first phase (Competitive Analysis) of the assessment exercise. |
| December | Competitive assessment exercise is completed and presented to the alliance company management and faculty panel. |
| January | Work commences on the second phase (Internal Company Analysis) of the consulting project. |
| May | BCAP project is completed and presented to the alliance company management and the BCAP advisor. |
