The DEC must be completed with U.S. dollar amounts and must be signed at the bottom. A bank official must sign and stamp the form, or a letter from your bank or financial institution verifying the amount of money in your account must accompany the form. * Please note - it is very important to make sure that you comprehensively fill out the information requested on the Declaration/Certification of Finances form. If you send an incomplete document, we will not be able to accept it and you will need to re-send the entire form.

Housing
Undergraduate exchange students will be provided with housing on campus during both the Fall and Spring semesters, but must fill out a housing application in order to receive a housing assignment. Residence hall rooms are furnished with a bed (extra long twin mattress), a desk, a bureau, a wardrobe/closet. Residence hall rooms are equipped with one data connection per student. Students are responsible for providing bedding, towels, desk lamps, and any other items of their preference.
Undergraduate students will receive information on their housing assignments approximately 2-3 weeks before the semester begins.

Graduate (MBA) exchange students are not guaranteed housing, and generally live off campus. However, housing occasionally becomes available for graduate students. Health History & Immunization Form
The State of Massachusetts mandates that all college students (including exchange students) be immunized against certain preventable diseases, including measles, mumps, rubella, tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, and meningitis. Babson College also requires that all students be immunized against varicella (chicken pox) or show that they are immune to the disease.
The college must ensure that all students are in compliance with this State mandated immunization law; therefore a student's enrollment process cannot be considered complete until the immunization requirements are fulfilled.
