The Declaration/Certification of Finances (DEC) form must be filled out and sent to the designated Babson office once you have been accepted and have submitted your deposit to the College. This form shows Babson that you have enough money to pay your expenses while studying in the U.S. for at least one year and must be verified by the Office of International Programs before your Form I-20 or Form DS-2019 (the form you will need to apply for your entry visa) can be issued. Please note that if you are certifying personal or family funds, a bank official from the account holders bank must either sign and stamp the form or provide a letter verifying the amount of money in the account.
