Latin American STEP Project
The STEP Project is more than a research study -- it is a leading edge research and learning partnership that enables business families and academics to learn from one another. The driving force behind the STEP Project is to generate knowledge and solutions that have immediate impact and personal application to business families.
The Latin American STEP Project enlisted families for the first Latin American Summit hosted by INCAE in Costa Rica. Through structured and facilitated dialogue between academics and families, the Summit created rich learning opportunities that stretched traditional thinking. more>>>
