Latin American STEP Project
The STEP Project is more than a research study -- it is a leading edge research and learning partnership that enables business families and academics to learn from one another. The driving force behind the STEP Project is to generate knowledge and solutions that have immediate impact and personal application to business families.

BabsonSEE
In collaboration with the A.M. Blank Center for Entrepreneurship at
Babson College, the global leader in entrepreneurship education and research, the BabsonSEE program is designed to teach entrepreneurship educators how to become more effective, innovative teachers of entrepreneurship.  The program focuses on the entrepreneurial process, the “art and craft” of teaching and learning entrepreneurship, and core topics in the discipline.

While the course was taught primarily in English, simultaneous translation was available for those more comfortable with Spanish.  Topics covered in the program included:  Mapping the Entrepreneurship Territory, New Venture Creation, Entrepreneurial Finance, Family Enterprising, Corporate Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Curriculum Design, The Business Planning Process and The Entrepreneurial Mind in Action.

The most recent BabsonSEE in a Latin American country took place in Guayaquil, Ecuador in April 22-24, 2008. more>>>
