Accelerated Curriculum for Entrepreneurship

ACE is an intensive curriculum designed for students exhibiting high entrepreneurial potential. Students apply to ACE at the end of their first year and if selected, begin the program in the fall of their sophomore year. ACE students enhance their understanding of what it's like to be an entrepreneur, how to evaluate and investigate new business opportunities, and how to prepare a business plan.

ACE links with the Intermediate Management Core (IMC), the nucleus of Babson’s undergraduate business education, and builds on the success of Babson’s highly regarded Entrepreneurship Intensity Track (EIT), a graduate-level program in Entrepreneurship introduced in 2000.

By exposing highly motivated students to the concepts of entrepreneurship early in their college experience, we help them develop principles for entrepreneurial decision making that they will use not only at Babson, but throughout their careers. ACE also builds viable student businesses for our undergraduate Hatchery and better prepares students for internships.
