We offer courses and a concentration in family enterprising that is highly experiential and addresses the growth and change issues of students and their family businesses. Our mentoring environment gives students a hands-on experience with family business leaders and professors. Our coaching approach facilitates student’s personal and professional reflection about their family business and their careers.
Our courses are designed for students from family businesses as well as for students who ultimately might work for a family business and will benefit from an understanding of family-business dynamics. Students can gain wide range of learning experiences, including assessing and consulting in family business companies, involving their personal family’s business.
