Workshop Series
Our high-impact workshop series, Finding your “Familiness” Advantage, is structured as three, one-day workshops delivered during the course of a year. Participants receive a broad exposure to the complex issues affecting family firms. Most importantly, these interactive sessions provide strategy solutions to ensure that families are developing specific plans to address their individual challenges and opportunities.
Strategy Programs
Our customizable case solution series are half- or full- day strategy sessions built around a timely case issue. Typically the morning session is spent discussing the case, and the afternoon is a strategic thinking session applying the case to your family firm. Case topics include:

Multigenerational Retreats
Our retreat, Creating Next Generation Entrepreneurs, is designed as a three-day session with the successor generation and then a two-day session with the senior generation. The retreat provides an intimate environment that teaches both senior and successor generations to proactively manage the leadership, relationship, organizational, and wealth transitions associated with transgenerational entrepreneurship in family businesses.
