22nd ANNUAL DOUGLASS FOUNDATION GRADUATE BUSINESS PLAN COMPETITION
THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2009
SCHEDULE AND DEADLINES
Babson graduate students will compete for a grand prize of $20,000 in cash and "services in kind' donations from corporate sponsors worth more than $50,000, in the 21st annual Douglass Foundation Graduate Business Plan Competition. In addition, $10,000 will be awarded to the first runner-up and $5,000 to the second runner-up. Students will compete for prizes by submitting the most feasible business plan in any of the following areas: start-ups, acquisitions, company growth, or corporate entrepreneurship. The cash prize is made available through the generosity of Mr. Donald Douglass, a prominent entrepreneur, who is interested in stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit and recognizing and rewarding the entrepreneurial initiative of graduate students in the Babson Community. We look forward to another exciting competition this year! The winner(s) and finalists from previous competitions have set a tremendous example for this year's participants. Anyone wishing to see videotapes of the past finalist's presentations may contact the Information Desk 2, Room 158, in the Computer Center.
