This Symposium focused on the search for leadership in oneself and how to apply those hidden skills in the workplace to improve both business productivity and personal well-being.

In the continued tradition of the Symposium, the multi-faith approach of speaking frankly from one’s own religious traditions resulted in a lively and open dialogue centering on the challenges of integrating spirituality into business life.

3rd Symposium on Spirituality and Business at Babson: March 22-24 2000
The first Symposium held at Babson College (thanks to the good work of Tom Sullivan, Director of Spiritual Life at Babson College) focused on recognizing a need for a new model of principled and inspirational leadership with high standards of values and ethics. The challenge was to create a more livable, sustainable and joyous business environment for people and the planet.
