Basic Steps

Start with Main Search screen and fill in all appropriate fields.  Be as general as possible with search terms as many grant sponsors do not mention specific kinds of research they will fund.

Viewing, Printing & Saving

Downloading Results

Select the records you want to download and select format and click on button.
If you chose the HTML display format, the records you selected will be displayed. See next section for printing instructions.  If you chose the ASCII or Tagged Text formats, a box will appear asking you to either "save to disk" or open with a program of your choice (Word, Notepad, etc.) (Extra step for Internet Explorer: records will be displayed on your screen in the format chosen. To proceed, use the File menu on your browser and select 'Save As').

Printing Results

Select the records you want to print and select format and record content you wish to print and click on button.
Use the 'Print' button, usually located at the top of your Web browser window, to send the displayed results to a printer.
