Basic Steps
Choose Search option TABS to fill in the appropriate criteria in order fulfill your research needs. You have multiple options to choose from, such as company, industry, executive, and other (to select public or private companies, headquarters, branch). After you have filled in the necessary information click on Submit. |

Viewing, Printing & Saving Options
When viewing company list: - Sort as desired by name, employee total, sales, state, or primary SIC. Scroll to the bottom of the company list to view the SORT options.
- Tag records for printing or downloading unless a range of records is desired. Then click on OUTPUT icon.
- Make choices on report destination, format, and record range.
You can choose to print/download a range of records or any records that you have tagged. You can output only 500 records at a time.
Click Output to Save Records. Four types of PRINT/SAVE formats: - Contact Format - Company Name/Address/Phone Number/Exec Names/Exec Titles
- Basic Format - Contact Format Plus Industry, Metropolitan Area, County
- Company Format - Basic Format Plus Company Size Information
- Full Report Format - All Available Information
Four options that will output a Comma Delimited File to your PC for import into Excel format: - Name / Address with only the CEO
- Name / Address Data with all available Executives
- Name / Address Data with Executives tagged on the Company View
- Company Record (Minus Executive Bio-s and Secondary SIC-s)

Scope
D&B Million Dollar Database contains U.S. companies with $1 million or more in sales, OR 20 or more employees, OR branches with 50 or more employees. The database provides very brief information about companies such as directory information, annual sales, number of employees, executive names/titles/brief biographies, and industry classification. |
