Viewing, Printing & Saving Options

Viewing:

  1. To quickly view a Value Line Investment Survey page:
    • Go to the left frame under Stocks
    • Click Look Up Company Name
    • Enter your company name or ticker and click Search
  2. Open the pdf version. This will look exactly like the print Value Line pages.

Printing:

  • From the Profile pages: click Print (at the top of each section)
  • From the Value Line page: click File -- Print

If you have trouble printing the Value Line tearsheet pages in PDF format:
Choose File -- Print Setup to make sure you are sending it to the correct printer.
Printous of Value Line profile information are sent directly to your computers DEFAULT printer. If you are not sure what the default printer is, click START -- Settings -- Printers. The default is identified with a black checkmark.

Saving Company Data:

Click File -- Save As in your browser and save to a disk, thumb drive, or the K:\temp drive.

Scope

The Value Line Research Center includes on-line access to Value Line's leading publications covering stocks, mutual funds, options and convertible securities as well as special situation stocks.

Value Line Research Center provides online access to:

  • The Value Line Investment Survey
  • The Value Line Investment Survey Small & Mid-Cap Edition
  • The Value Line Mutual Fund Survey
  • The Value Line Daily Options Survey
  • The Value Line Convertibles Survey

The Value Line Investment Survey: Covers 1,700 equity issues. Every week, about 135 stocks in seven or eight industries are covered.

The Value Line Investment Survey Small & Mid-Cap Edition: (formerly Expanded Edition) covers approximately 1,800 additional, mostly small-capitalization, issues. This edition features consensus earning estimates for many companies, a business description of each company, including recent corporate developments, and Value Line's Performance Ranks, designed to predict relative price performance over the next six to 12 months. The publication does not include analysts' commentaries.

The Value Line Mutual Fund Survey: gives you proprietary ranks on over 7,000 mutual funds, full reports including analyst commentaries for an additional 1,500 leading equity funds, and profile summary reports on over 10,000 mutual funds. Additionally, you can screen the Value Line database to find specific funds that meet your investment objectives.

The Value Line Daily Options Survey: daily evaluations and ranks of 80,000 listed stock on about 2,000 underlying stocks. You'll also get The Option Strategist, an online publication offering advice about investing with options.

The Value Line Convertibles Survey: analysis and evaluation of nearly 600 convertible issues and 120 warrants in a timely and easy to use format. Besides buy and sell recommendations, comprehensive reports on recommended securities, as well as news on companies in the service, Part 2 (the Evaluation Section) is available in Excel format.
