NBER Working Papers
Good source for theoretical articles related to real estate, urban planning, and property taxes and valuation methods. A sample search for working papers under the category "real estate" pulled up reports as recent as September 2003 and going back to October 1984.
Value Line Research Center
A one page summary report on trends within the industry with a time series of composite industry statistics, as well as individual pages on the companies within the industry. For "Real Estate" related reports see the categories: Building Materials, Homebuilding, or Real Estate Investment Trust.
