Babson College, Olin College, and Wellesley College are teaming up this spring to sponsor a public lecture series on leadership and ethics. The speakers will offer perspectives based on their research and experience exercising leadership, often in difficult situations fraught with challenging ethical dilemmas. The lecture series is part of a course on professional ethics and leadership development that is being taught this spring on Olin’s campus. Babson President Brian M. Barefoot and Olin President Richard K. Miller are among the faculty for the course.

March 5: Tom Kolditz, Ph.D., Professor and Head of the Department of Behavioral Sciences and Leadership at the United States Military Academy, West Point. Topic: “Leading as If Your Life Depended on It”

April 16: Gregs Thomopulos, P.E., CEO and Chairman of the Board, Stanley Consultants, Inc. Topic: “Corruption in International Engineering/Construction Business Transactions”

April 23: Carolyn Hotchkiss, J.D., Professor of Law, Babson College. Topic: “Leadership and Ethics in a Global Economy”
The lectures will take place in the Milas Hall Auditorium at Olin College, Olin Way, Needham, Mass., beginning at 6:00 pm. The presentations are free and open to the general public, as well as all members of the Babson, Olin, and Wellesley college communities.
