Babson announces the appointment of Charles Anderson as Associate Vice President, Director of Human Resources. 

Anderson has served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources in Boston area companies including Furniture.com, SmartBargains.com, and GetConnected.com, and was Director of HR at Diligent Technologies.

He has been an advocate for Babson for many years including as a participant in the Coaching Program since its inception in 1996, and as a parent.  Anderson has two daughters; Katelin Spaulding is an alumnus along with her husband; and Meghan Parisi who worked in Babson’s undergraduate office for four years.

Anderson earned bachelor and master degrees from Boston College, and a D.Ed. from Northeastern University.  He lives in Northborough with his wife, Patricia.
