Based on the “Weekly World News” story, a half boy/ half bat child is found in a cave near the town of Hope Falls, West Virginia. Bat Boy grows into a “normal” life by being accepted by the Parker family, but the townspeople eventually turn on the boy when they discover their cattle dwindling in number. Dr. Parker’s secret hatred of Bat Boy ultimately leads to a showdown between him, the town, and Bat Boy – revealing the history of Bat Boy himself.
