In May and June 2009, Babson College, convener and catalyst for entrepreneurship practice and policy globally, will welcome opinion leaders and entrepreneurs to its campus for programs and conferences designed to further shape and advance the field. Entrepreneurship educators from around the world will join real-life entrepreneurs to learn about entrepreneurship content and pedagogy at the 2009 Price-Babson Symposium for Entrepreneurship Educators (SEE 25) May 25-29, 2009.

The STEP Project is more than a research study -- it is a leading edge research and learning partnership that enables business families and academics to learn from one another. The driving force behind the STEP Project is to generate knowledge and solutions that have immediate impact and personal application to business families.  STEP will take place May 31-June 3.

The 29th annual Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference (BCERC) will be held at Babson June 3 - 6, 2009. BCERC, widely considered the premier conference for entrepreneurship research, was established in 1981 to provide a dynamic venue where academics and real-world practitioners link theory and practice, and to encourage and increase quality research in entrepreneurship

The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor is the largest and longest-standing globally focused entrepreneurship research. Researchers explore the role of entrepreneurship in national economic growth. More than 200 scholars and researchers are currently participating in the GEM project. The results of GEM data analysis are used as a key benchmarking indicator by a number of distinguished regional, national and supranational authorities around the world. The GEM Board Meeting will take place in Mid-June.
