Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) has awarded Charles J. Anderson, Babson College’s Associate Vice President and Director, Human Resources, the John D. Erdlen Five Star Award, and NEHRA’s highest honor bestowed annually for outstanding accomplishment in the advancement of the human resources profession.

NEHRA said, “Charlie Anderson is an exemplary human resources professional, well known as a great mentor and developer of people. Having always given back to the profession, his belief is that senior HR professionals have an obligation to support and guide those who are coming up the ranks. His career exemplifies how the HR profession can be applied successfully in multiple industries and
settings.”

Anderson has served as Vice President and Director of Human Resources in Boston area companies including Furniture.com, SmartBargains.com, and GetConnected.com, and was Director of HR at Diligent Technologies.
