Financial Times ranked the overall Babson MBA program #48 in the U.S. and # 77 in the world.

Ranking measurement: 55% of FT’s 2006 rankings are driven by each school’s MBA Class of 2002’s performance in the marketplace since graduation (salary progression and career advancement).  25% of the ranking is based on student, faculty, and trustee diversity, and the final 20% is based on idea generation by faculty (research).

FT contacted 149 business schools and eventually ranked 112 schools. The FT rankings, which were released today, are available at www.ft.com
