Wellesley, Mass., USA…Babson Executive Education, USA, and Tsinghua University, China, are partnering to deliver a new program, Entrepreneurial Strategies for Innovation and Growth at Large Companies, to major organizations in China, Oct. 23-26, 2006 at the School of Economics and Management (SEM), Tsinghua University.
In an era of globalization, the new program is designed to help big companies plan and realize effective tactics for innovation and growth—key to keeping world economies dynamic, competitive, and productive.
China’s economy is the world’s fastest growing major economy and the second largest with a GDP of US $9.412 trillion in 2005. Faculty from Babson and Tsinghua SEM will use highly interactive teaching methods that blend case studies and practical experience from large Chinese companies and corporate innovators such as Hewlett Packard, IBM, Siemens A.G., Saudi Arabian Oil Company, Bank of America, and Boston Scientific.
