Moving from Managing to Leading: The Women’s Program at Babson

Babson Executive Education (BEE) will deliver its women’s program, Moving from Managing to Leading, April 14th, 2008 at BEE’s award-winning Babson Executive Conference Center in Wellesley, Mass.  The five-day open enrollment course is designed for women who are ready to transition to a role with increased responsibility and visibility. 

Participants will learn to: 

·        Identify professional development opportunities, including negotiation skills, interpersonal dynamics, leading high-performance teams, and using finance as a leadership language.

·         Build and strengthen critical networks and partnerships to support and enable your transition, including mentors, peer networks, and professional partnerships.

·         Understand and leverage your organization's culture, structure, and processes to identify key opportunities that will increase your leadership potential.

·         Develop a practical action plan as a result of your personal case study.
