U.S. News Again Names Babson College's MBA Program #1 in Entrepreneurship

U.S.News & World Report magazine has ranked Babson College the #1 MBA program for entrepreneurship for the 14th year in a row.

Besides Babson, other top five entrepreneurship programs are Stanford University, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan).

“This distinction follows our recent #1 ranking in entrepreneurship by the Financial Times for the second consecutive year and is confirmation of our continued leadership in advancing entrepreneurship education and practice throughout the world,” said Vice Provost for Entrepreneurship and Global Management Stephen Spinelli, Jr.

Additionally, U.S. News has ranked Babson’s MBA program #41 overall, up from #49 in 2006, #51 in 2005 and #53 in 2004.  “This steady progress over the last three years is in large measure related to our graduates’ stature growing among corporate recruiters, our continued high regards within the academic community, and our placement success,” said Mark Rice, Murata Dean, and Jeffry A. Timmons Professor of Entrepreneurial Studies.

The full rankings are available at www.usnews.com.

Babson has a rich history in the field of entrepreneurship studies:
