Babson Graduate Housing is located at Woodland Hill, an exclusive and tranquil hideaway within the Babson campus. Woodland Hill is a convenient ten-minute walk from Olin Hall, the graduate building for which most MBA classes are held, and it is a five-minute walk from Webster Center Gym.
Woodland Hill is truly a retreat from the busy MBA life as we are located in the midst of nature among trees and animals. There is a family of deer that roams around in the woods nearby and residents can enjoy watching them from afar during certain times of the year!
Our residents range from single and married students to U.S. and international students. We offer a selection of rooms, including studios, 1 bedrooms, 1.5 bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms, to meet a wide range of students’ needs.
Please note important change to Babson College smoking policy effective September 1, 2006.
Babson College Smoking Policy Effective September 1, 2006, smoking in all College buildings will be prohibited. This policy change has been made to help promote a safe, healthy and comfortable living and learning environment for all community members.
Note that smoking is not permitted in student rooms including graduate student apartments, individual suite rooms and lounges. Smoking will continue to be prohibited in all public areas in residence halls including the entranceways and the areas immediately outside the building. This also includes the front steps and enclosed entry areas of all buildings. Smoking in private offices is also prohibited.
Please note that this policy applies to all members of the community. Guests should be made aware of the College’s smoking policy by the Babson community members with whom they are visiting. Individuals who choose to smoke are expected to maintain a minimum of 25 feet from a building entrance to ensure that smoke does not enter the building. Smokers are also expected to properly dispose of their cigarettes.
Students who violate this policy are subject to a fine and other sanctions as deemed appropriate.
Babson recognizes that that while this will be difficult for some members of the community, it is important that common courtesy and consideration toward others should be shown. Health Services (x4257) in conjunction with Human Resources (x4128) offers assistance in enrolling community members in smoking cessation sessions. Please contact these offices for additional assistance.
By submitting this application you are confirming that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the GRADUATE RESIDENCE HALL LICENSE, and understand the Babson College smoking policy.
