Living in Babson's residence halls affords you the opportunity to learn beyond the traditional classroom. You will meet people from all around the world and share in a culturally abundant community. You will be supported in learning about yourself and defining who you are becoming. We hope that this experience is one of the most memorable aspects of your college career.

The Residence Halls:

undefined Bryant Hall: One of the smaller residence halls on campus, Bryant provides housing accommodations for approximately 45 students in a variety of class years on four floors.  Bryant is located near the West Gate entrance of the college near Knight Auditorium and the Webster Center.  The hall consists of single and double occupancy rooms with all double rooms containing private kitchen and bathroom areas.  Other hall amenities include a common lounge area with television, public kitchen areas on each floor including full size refrigerator and freezer, stove top burners and common laundry room facilities.

Coleman Hall: Coleman Hall offers single, double and triple rooms.  Coleman comprises all four classes.  Social and study lounges are available on all floors for students to enjoy some quiet study time or a break with friends.  Residents have enjoyed a reputation for supporting Babson’s athletic events and for exhibiting strong school spirit and leadership.  Coleman is located near the athletic fields and is home to the historic globe on campus.
Canfield Canfield Hall: This hall offer single rooms to students.  This building is divided into four (4) towers each housing fifteen (15) students.  Each tower has its own community bathrooms, large kitchen and lounge area which makes these building perfect for special interest housing. Canfield houses three fraternities and one sorority.

Forest Hall: Forest is one of the largest buildings on campus, but what makes it so special is that it houses a majority of our first-year students. Upon entering this all freshmen hall, you can easily sense the energy and liveliness happening all around. Residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. There is also a lounge on the first floor, which students often use to study, watch movies, and socialize.

undefined Keith Hall This hall offers single rooms to students.  This building are divided into four (4) towers each housing fifteen (15) students.  Each tower has its own community bathrooms, large kitchen and lounge area which makes these building perfect for special interest housing. Keith houses two sororities, one fraternity and a special interest group.

Map Hill: The newest residence hall on campus located across from the Trim Parking Lot and next to Putney Hall, Map Hill was built and opened in the fall of 2006.  This five level, brick faced and modern designed hall provides housing accommodations for approximately 124 students and contains a multitude of features for residents.  All rooms are four person suite style living in nature where each suite area contains one common living area for all four people to enjoy as well as four individual bedrooms within the entire suite.  Other amenities include several common rooms located throughout the hall, a common area kitchen, two main common lounge areas including a gas fireplace and full size billiards table, recycling and trash closets and common laundry room facilities.  All residents must be 21 years of age or at least junior class status in order to have the opportunity to live in Map Hill. 

undefined McCullough Hall: Consisting of three separate, brick faced, non-connected buildings of three floors each, McCullough A, B and C towers provide housing accommodations for approximately 108 residents altogether and are located next to Pietz Hall and across from Putney Hall.  All three towers have the exact same floor plan and all rooms in each of the three towers are six person suite style living in nature where each suite area contains one common living area for all six people to enjoy as well as six individual bedrooms within the entire suite.  All residents must be 21 years of age or at least junior class status in order to have the opportunity to live in any of the McCullough towers.

Park Manor Central: Park Manor Central is located on the “quad” and houses a mix of first-year and upperclass students. This hall is one of the larger halls on campus and residents enjoy it for its convenient location and easy access to Reynolds, Horn Library, and Trim Dining Hall. Residents living here are placed in double or triple rooms. In this building, two rooms are grouped together and share a bathroom. There is a large lounge and kitchen on the first floor that residents may use to study, cook hot meals, and hang out with friends. In the basement of Central, many campus resources can be found including the College’s Radio Station, Babson Free Press, and Roger’s Pub.

Park Manor North: Park Manor North is located on the “quad” and houses three floors of first-year students. Home of the Healthy Living community, Park Manor North is a perfect place for students who are seeking a substance-free environment. Residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad rooms. There is a large lounge in the basement, which residents use for study groups and meeting space. Students also have a volleyball net and basketball court right outside this hall that makes it easy to get some fun exercise with neighbors and friends.

Park Manor South: Park Manor South is located on the “quad” and houses four floors of mostly upperclass students. Female residents living here are placed in single, double, triple, or quad  rooms that are grouped into two and connected by a shared bathroom. Male residents are placed in single, double, triple, and four person rooms that share facilities on the lower floors. Park Manor South is a popular choice among students as it is conveniently located right across the street from Reynolds, Horn Library, and is just a short walk from Trim Dining Hall. There is also a large lounge on the first floor that is often used for study space and meetings.

Pietz HallThis four level, brick faced residence community provides housing accommodations for approximately 104 residents and is located next to McCullough A-Tower and across from Canfield D-Tower.  Most rooms are six person suite style living in nature where each suite area contains one common living area for all six people to enjoy as well as six individual bedrooms within the entire suite.  Additionally, each suite contains a kitchen area including stove top burners, sink, full size refrigerator and freezer and counter top and cabinet space.  Other amenities in the hall include a common lounge area with a television and pool table as well as common laundry room facilities on each floor.   All residents must be 21 years of age or at least junior class status in order to have the opportunity to live in Pietz Hall.

Publishers: Publishers is one of the smallest halls on campus and houses 47 first-year students. Residents living here will often say how much they enjoy the close-knit community and how easy it is to make friends here. Residents living in “Pub” are placed in single, double, or triple rooms. There is a large lounge in the basement that residents often use for study groups and socializing activities.

undefined Putney HallThis four level, brick faced residence community provides housing accommodations for approximately 175 residents in a variety of class years and is located across from the McCullough towers and next to Map Hill.  The hall consists of several single and double occupancy rooms.  Additionally, Putney also houses the Substance Free Program for returning students on the ground floor for those who prefer to live in an environment free of such substances (please contact the Office of Campus Life for more information).  
undefined Van Winkle HallThe residence houses about 20 first year students.  It is also very popular among returning students.  All classes are housed in Van Winkle.  Students in Van Winkle live in single and double rooms.  Every floor is coed and provides a social lounge, kitchen and laundry room.
