In order to provide a stimulating and supportive work environment, the College continues to evaluate and expand opportunities for employee growth and development. - The Training and Development Office offers a number of professional development workshops on topics such as leadership, team building, and presentation skills, throughout the year.
- Seven free confidential counseling sessions per year are available for employees and/or their families through the Employee Assistance Program.
- Free lunch-hour and after-work programs, including exercise and aerobics classes, financial planning, estate planning, and health-related programs are scheduled throughout the year.
- Computer training is available for all employees.
- The "Perks at Work" program offers employees discounts on a variety of products and services from local merchants and other organizations.
