Faculty/Staff Hardware
All faculty and most staff members are assigned a computer when they first start at Babson. Faculty have a choice between a desktop or a laptop computer. Staff are assigned a desktop computer unless they have a business need for a laptop such as frequent business travel.
Computers are replaced on a scheduled basis, generally from central funding, though in some cases departments are required to pay for upgrades. For more details on computer replacement, please see our Computer Provisioning Policy.
Faculty and staff may order hardware and/or software for their department via our departmental purchase order form.
