Special Events

Media Services provides sound, lighting, projection, and other support for over 200 campus events each year for many departments across the campus. Special Events typically involve larger audiences and large venues such as Knight Auditorium or Staake Gymnasium. However, they can also be smaller gatherings that require extra care in planning and execution. Services we provide range from simple sound systems for guest speakers to elaborate projection and lighting setups. In some cases, these events require the rental of specialized equipment. While we are happy to help you and your organization make those arrangements, those rental fees are the responsibility of the requestor
