Special Events
Special Events Technology Support Media Services provides sound, lighting, projection, and other support for roughly 200 special events each year for departments such as College Marketing, Alumni/development, and Student Affairs. Special Events typically involve large audiences and large venues such as Knight Auditorium or Sorenson Theater. However, they can also be small gatherings that require extra care in planning and execution. Services we provide range from simple sound systems for guest speakers to elaborate projection and lighting setups.
