Undergraduate Student Support

ITSD Laptop Services is a division of Babson College whose purpose is to provide technical assistance for the laptops issued to undergraduate students as well as to faculty and staff members. Laptops are provided with a standard configuration and a software load.  This ensures that student academic needs are met and also provides ITSD with the tools to troubleshoot computer issues.  For more information about the Lenovo T60 and technology at Babson College, view our Undergraduate Quick Start Guide.

Laptop Services works on a “first in, first out” basis meaning that the laptop that has been with us the longest is given priority. 24-hour turnaround time is typical under normal circumstances with service even quicker in most cases.

Support for undergraduate students includes:
  • hardware and software repair
  • email configuration
  • general questions on laptop use
