ITSD Laptop Services is a division of Babson College whose purpose is to provide technical assistance for the laptops issued to undergraduate students as well as to faculty and staff members. Laptop Services works on a “first in, first out” basis meaning that the laptop that has been with us the longest is given priority. 24-hour turnaround time is typical under normal circumstances with service even quicker in most cases.
