Configure Public Printers - Domain
To connect to one of Babson's public network printers, find it in the list below and follow the instructions for that section.
Note: These links are only for computers that are a member of the Babson domain. If your computer is not a member of the Babson domain, click here.
High Speed Xerox Printers
To install one of the high speed Xerox printers, click on the corresponding link below then click yes when the window pops up asking if you would like to install that printer. This must be done using Internet Explorer.
Horn Library & Computer Center Spooled Queue

Individual HP Printers
To use the small HP printers in Olin, Horn and Reynolds, you will need to install the printer bundle for the appropriate building. You should only run one install at a time, as the required reboots will interefere with each other.
- Select the printer bundle you wish to install and click Open when the window pops up:
Olin (includes Olin 008, 105, 204 and Kiosk printers)
Reynolds (Global Lounge printer)
- Reboot your computer when the Reboot prompt appears. When you log back in, the installation will continue.
- After the installation is complete, reboot your computer when the Reboot prompt appears.
- You are now ready to print!
